On the 7th day of Christmas, my true love gave to me snow!!!

Seeing as it is super snowy outside and we love winter brides, this sample that our designer created seems fitting to be out invitation featured today.

Printed on a Cork cardstock with white, brown and tan ink, gives it a wintery earthy feel with out using the traditional blues and silvers. One layer invites are becoming more popular, compared to the pocket styles that were all the rage a few years ago.

We love winter weddings, bot fro the cold but for the amazing photos you can have and you can give your guests hot chocolate!! Enjoy!

This invitation is full of sparkle! Can you see a trend?! We had the letters die cut and raised them up off the invitation to add something extra!

We also used our white ink to make the text pop on the black, and used the white layer on the back as a fun twist. how could you say no to this holiday party invitation? Check out this cute video we made on Instagramwhilst assembling these invites.

    Making Spirits Bright

Today’s stationery/invitation of the day is a wedding program for a couple who celebrated in July at the Wickaninnish Inn, Tofino BC.

What don’t we love about this program? The water colour effect on the cover of the program, we love the cream twine binding the booklet together and we love that it was an unplugged wedding. This means that all cameras and cell phones needed to be turned off.

We also loved that they included a thank you at the back of the program, that kept in with the water colour feel. The mixture of fonts worked really well too. Wedding programs are a great idea to keep your guests occupied, while you are fashionably late for your big entrance. It also can give them a little insight to you as a couple and include fun facts that they may or may not already know about you.

Don’t rule out the wedding program!
